Do you ship your bikes worldwide?

Yes, we proudly ship all of our bikes worldwide. For detailed shipping costs, please refer to our breakdown available here.

Can I track the delivery of my order once dispatched?

Absolutely! Upon dispatch from our workshop, whether it's a bike or accessory order, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.

What delivery service do you use?

We utilise Royal Mail for parts and accessories delivery, while our bike orders are handled by TNT and DSV, our trusted long-term delivery partners.

If the bike is delivered to my home address, will I have to assemble it myself?

Your new bike will arrive almost entirely assembled, but you'll need to carry out a few simple final steps upon unboxing. For more guidance, you can refer to our handy Assembly Guide.

Who covers the shipping costs if I decide to return my bike?

If you decide to return your bike, you will be responsible for securely packing it to prevent damage during transit back to us, as well as covering the shipping costs. Additionally, a £100 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

I'm having issues with Customs, can you help?

If you encounter any Customs-related issues, kindly send us an email with your order number, and we will promptly get in touch with our international delivery partners, TNT, for assistance.

My bike is still with TNT, can you help?

Once your bike has been dispatched and is with TNT, please directly contact TNT for updates on your order's status.

Can I update my shipping address after I’ve placed my order?

Yes! If your bike has not yet been dispatched, simply email us with your order number, and we'll gladly update your delivery information.

What happens if I won’t be at home at the time of delivery?

If you anticipate not being home at the time of delivery, please get in touch with TNT directly. However, we cannot guarantee their ability to accommodate certain changes.

Will my new bike be ready to ride when I collect it?

Booking a collection is easy. You can book here to collect your bike from our London store or for collection from our Bristol Workshop. Please ensure you select the appropriate location. Once your bike is ready for collection, you'll receive an email

I’m unable to collect my new bike, can I send someone else to collect it for me?

Of course! If you'd like someone else to collect your bike, simply let us know via email, and ensure the person collecting has your name and order number on hand.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with a purchase made from our website or the Temple Cycles London Brick Lane store, you can review the details of our cancellation policy here. Please note that refunds are subject to a £75 Cancellation Fee and a £10

What is covered under the Lifetime Warranty?

Our Lifetime Warranty covers the frameset (frame and forks) of your bike. Find out more details about our Lifetime Warranty here.

I want to return my bike, what's the process?

If you wish to return your bike, please review the details of the process and your rights to cancel an order here. Please be aware that refunds are subject to a £75 Cancellation Fee, in addition to a £100 Restocking Fee.
