Can I add another item to my order?

Of course! If you wish to add more items to your existing order, kindly provide us with your order number and the item/s you'd like to include via email. We will promptly send you an invoice, enabling you to link the additional items with your origin

How long will my bike take to arrive?

Why is my bike order delayed?

I’ve already placed my order, can I change the colour of my new bike?

If your bike hasn't been built yet, we will do our best to accommodate a colour change for you. Please notify us via email as soon as possible after placing your order, and we'll be happy to assist you with the modification.
